What are credits and how do they work?
Our credits system is easy for understanding. When you purchase a membership, your account receives a certain amount of credits you may use to download any product. Credits are deducted immediately after you press a Download button of your Cart. Your credits balance can be viewed in your account in Finances section.
I would like to purchase credits but my membership has not yet expired. What do I do?
Not a problem. Just send an e-mail to email@example.com so we could deactivate your current membership. After that you will be able to purchase a new one. The rest of credits if any will be assigned to your new membership balance.
How long does it take to place an order?
Generally it takes around 15 minutes to place an order. All orders undergo verification so you can be given a call. Once your payment is approved, your account will be activated and you may start downloading music.
How do I download the files after I confirm an order?
Please navigate over the website, using menu bar and our search engine to find music files you like. You may listen to demo sound and add it to you cart right on the search results page. Additionally you may view the item page by clicking More info.
Once you added one or more files to your cart, click Download button. Your download links are available in your account’s Downloads section. They stay active for 3 days but you may send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org to reactivate the links for another 3 days.
I added items to my cart but I don’t have enough credits to download them. What do I need to do?
You need to remove some items to adjust the amount of items in your cart with your account balance to be able to download the files. To buy more credits when you current membership is still active you need to go to your account Finances section to find a link to extend your membership.
I can’t login to my account. What do I need to do?
Please make sure you type in your e-mail and password correctly since this is the most common problem. A password is case sensitive. Still have problems? Use the password restore option. We will send your password to the e-mail you used for registration. If you can’t access that e-mail any more or this option does not work for you, contact email@example.com for assistance.
Can I get a refund?
No. We offer non-tangible product so once you downloaded them, you can’t request a refund. All music files can be listened to before purchasing so take your chance to listen to them before you make up your mind.
What is royalty free music and how can I use it?
Royalty free music is a type of music you purchase for a single one-time fee which implies unlimited usage regardless of how and where you use it.
